Admissions Packet : Preschool

Listed below are the necessary steps and forms needed to complete for
enrollment at Maranatha Christian Preschool. Please bring all completed
forms to the preschool office.

Admission Process
STEP 1 ~ Please download, read and sign all forms. It is very important
to read each of the listed forms. Prior to attending school the State
Law requires each to have a physical exam, and up- to-date immunizations.
STEP 2 ~ Bring all forms to the preschool office. The enrollment packet
must be completed before the first day of attendance.
