Gabriella graduated from Maranatha High School in 2010. She is currently enrolled at Grossmont College in El Cajon where she has continued to excel in both her academics and volleyball. She currently has a GPA of 3.86, is a member of the Honor Society, and has made the honor roll for three semesters. She continues to excel in the sport she loves, volleyball. During her freshman and sophomore years she was team captain, won the coaches award for the most athletic team member, named NAIA athlete of the week and in addition made NAIA all-conference Team 1. The Grossmont Griffins ladies volleyball team won Conference Champs for both years she attended which had not been done in over 30 years. Outside of school she was crowned Miss Teen San Diego in 2010 and represented San Diego in the National Pageant in Orlando, Florida in the winter of 2011. Gabriella will complete all of her general education units at Grossmont in the spring of 2012 and will be transferring with a full ride scholarship to Eastern New Mexico University majoring in Communications/Journalism and will be the starting setter for the ENMU Greyhound women’s volleyball team.
