Parent Action Committee

What is the Parent Action Committee?

We are an organization open to parents of MCS students who support the values and philosophy of MCS. We recognize that within the Parent Action Committee we can achieve goals and fulfill aspirations for our children and campus as a whole. PAC is richly diverse in its volunteers, strives to be innovative with marketing, communications and organizational structure.

We develop and acquire new programs and resource materials that address specific interests of our students and school. We will work alongside Administration to provide the best tools and assistance so our children develop and offer the best of themselves to Jesus Christ and their local community. We create meaningful volunteer opportunities to develop communication, leadership, friendship and fellowship as well as fundraising opportunities for parents.

We add lifelong value to our children's education by continually examining our purpose and our processes to make changes for a more positive educational experience. We know our parents volunteer so the campus and students’ lives will not be the same afterwards as they were before they joined PAC.

Purpose of PAC

• To foster deeper relationships between the school and MCS parents and among MCS families
• To become a volunteer force behind school events and activities
• To help communicate important school information throughout the year
• Most of all, to glorify God in the process
