Sneak Peek of Summer Enrichment 2025
We welcome you back to Summer Enrichment! Please know this summer's schedule is a little different.
1. This is a 4-week program. Jun 09-Jul 03. We have made sure to offer the same Academic classes, which remain 3-week classes. This summer the Academic classes will be offered in the Morning and the Afternoon. As shown in Example 1, a student could take 4th Grade Math in the Morning, followed by 4th/5th Grade Writing in the Afternoon. Our curriculum will include more project-based learning, which means added fun! CLICK HERE for Academic Class Descriptions.
2. Extra-Curriculars will be 1-week classes. Extra-Curriculars will be offered EACH OF THE FOUR WEEKS of Summer Enrichment, BOTH MORNING AND AFTERNOON. Each week your child can take something different. Example 2 shows how a child can take an Academic in the Afternoon while starting his day with Extra-Curriculars.
3. Early Drop-off and Lunch Supervision. If your child will use any of these services, you will need to register for each week of Summer Enrichment you wish to use them. Example 1 and Example 2 reflect this.
MCS is aware that many parents work through the summer. We know that activities for your children are important on many levels. For this reason, we're developing a continuum of options for parents to choose from. For example, a Theatre Camp for 1st-5th is scheduled for the week immediately after Summer Enrichment, July 14-18. Several sports camps through Athletics are also being secured.
Below you will find a Master Class List. This will assist you particularly when selecting your Extra-Curriculars. You can quickly scan the list to see what is being offered for a particular grade. The Master Class List will help you decide which classes to select before you even enter the registration site.
We welcome you to Summer! It's coming quickly! Please watch the MCS webpage for Performing Arts, Athletics, and Summer Enrichment classes and camps. Together it's a very busy campus throughout the Summer.
