Welcome to the After School Care Program!
Welcome to the After School Care Program (ASCP)! We are delighted to provide a safe, engaging, and nurturing extended care environment for our elementary students at Maranatha Christian Schools.
Each afternoon, students have the opportunity to unwind after a structured school day through supervised free play, organized outdoor games, and a variety of enriching activities. Our goal is to create a fun and welcoming environment where every child can relax, play, and connect with friends.
Students may enjoy a snack whenever they choose, and we provide a complimentary snack for everyone at 4:00 p.m., giving students a chance to take a break together. Between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m., students typically participate in indoor activities such as arts and crafts, board games, and other engaging group activities. Please note that schedules on half days and Fridays may vary based on the school calendar and weather.
Special Activities on Early Release Fridays
On Fridays, students begin their afternoon in ASCP by enjoying lunch together. Parents may either pack a lunch from home or order a hot lunch through MCS.
The Athletics Department offers Junior Eagle Training (JET)—seasonal athletic camps held from 1:00–3:00 p.m. on most Early Release Fridays. JET offers students with two hours of fun, skill-building athletic instruction and is available to students in 3rd grade and above. Registration information is provided by Athletics before the start of each season.
At 3:00 p.m. every Friday, students are invited to enjoy a movie and fresh popcorn. All movies shown are G-rated and appropriate for elementary-aged students.

Fridays & Half Days: 12:30–5:00 p.m.
Cost of Service
● $9.00 per hour, per child
● $5.00 for the first half hour

Registration & Billing
No registration is required to participate in ASCP. All elementary students enrolled at Maranatha Christian Schools are eligible to attend.
Student check-in, check-out, and billing are managed through FACTS SIS. ASCP charges will appear under "Incidental Expenses" in your FACTS account.
Invoices are due on the 1st of each month. Payments received after the 15th are considered late, and FACTS will automatically assess a $25 late fee.
