Early Education Administrative Assistant (11-months)

The Administrative Assistant will enhance the early education office by assisting the EE Principal and developing and implementing a positive, helpful and friendly atmosphere so that it will contribute to a smooth and effective operation of early education. Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in general office functions. Computer literate and strong working knowledge of Google workspace. Essential duties include performing all EE admissions duties, RenWeb/SIS database input and management, school tours, EE division communications and social media marketing.
Bachelor's Degree preferred with a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education/California State qualifying college units. Preferred 1 year of administrative experience in early childhood setting.
Early Education Teacher (10-months)

Level/Dept: Early Education
Salary: $18 - $22/hr.
The ideal candidate should be able to plan and implement curriculum & activities, give students the opportunity to develop their fullest potential cognitively, emotionally and spiritually.
Minimum of AA degree; BA/BS preferred. Minimum 12 ECE units including required State coursework and working towards 24 ECE units. Must have development knowledge for ages and stages with young children. Must be able to be flexible with routines. A passion for working with young children.
Early Education Teacher Assistants (10-Months)

Enhance the educational development of students by assisting teachers and supervising students to help with their social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual development.

Athletic Trainer (10-months)

Salary: $58,587 - $60,000
The Athletic Trainer will help prevent, recognize and provide limited treatment and limited rehabilitation to acute and chronic athletic injuries. Treatment to include but not limited to, preventative taping and bracing, immediate first aid and triage of athletic injuries, strengthening and stretching programs, evaluation and recognition of athletic injuries, post-injury exercise, and rehabilitative care techniques.
Master’s Level Degree from a CAATE accredited athletic training education program. The applicant must possess Athletic Training Certification from the BOC and have current certification in American Red Cross First Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer from AED, or equivalent certification from another agency.
International Program Assistant (10-months)
Type of Employment: Part-Time
Level/Dept: HS/International Program
Salary: $20 - $22/hr.
Under the direct supervision of the International Program Director, the International Program Assistant will provide daily support for the management of all international students and homestay program needs. Administrative tasks may include (but not limited to): answering phone calls, responding to prospective student inquiries, maintaining student files, financial record-keeping, leading campus tours, processing student applications, managing monthly reports and payments for host families, proctoring virtual class placement tests, and assisting with special events (typically occurring once a quarter in the evenings). This is an on-site role with regular working hours. However, flexibility is often required due to coordinating with those in significantly different time zones (i.e., early morning or late afternoon video calls). Very occasionally, according to seasonal demands, it will include off-site work (i.e., home visits, airport pickups).
Strong clerical experience with attention to detail (required). Highly proficient across digital platforms: Gmail, Canva, Zoom & Google Suite (required).
Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited college or university.
Social Studies Teacher (10-months)

Salary: $58,587 - $60,000
The High School Social Studies teacher will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction primarily in World History, including Honors level, with a significant focus on U.S. history and a strong concentration in World or European History. Strong candidates must have a thorough understanding of world history, including key events, themes, and figures. This includes the ability to teach about the development and interaction of cultures, government, geography, and economic systems. The preferred candidate will also possess the ability to design lesson plans, units, and assessments to measure student outcomes, using diverse teaching methods and relevant technologies, creating an engaging learning environment that manages student behavior effectively.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Arts or Science in History, Social Science, or Secondary Education is preferred with a valid California teaching credential. ACTS teaching credential (current or complete upon employment). College Transcripts, Resume, and Completed Application.
