Beyond The Classroom

Co-curricular activities for student success

What are co-curricular activities? Anything students do outside of school work that is not directly school related. Studies show there is a strong positive correlation between co-curricular activities and student attendance, GPA, overall test scores, educational goals, and future SAT scores – which are just around the corner.

We believe that academic and social success starts at a young age, so we encourage all of our students to participate in co-curriculars in order to help build a platform for the future.

ASB
Students in Grades 4-5 are elected to lead and serve the Elementary program by heading up the morning line-up pledge while leading prayers and announcements and give a voice to the students to improve their school.

ROBOTICS CLUBS
Students in Grades 1-5 have the opportunity to participate in Lego’s FIRST Lego League and Jr FIRST Lego League, where they will learn to build and program robots while working in groups to solve real world problems.
