Maranatha Christian Schools has partnered with a third-party service provider, Parchment, to process official transcript requests. This change streamlines the process and ensures secure and timely delivery of transcripts for all students.
Official Transcripts
Official transcripts for alumni will now be processed through Parchment, a secure digital exchange platform, and cost $10 per order. For more information on how to make this request, please see the video below.
Current Students, please note:
SCOIR: Official transcripts sent to colleges and universities through SCOIR will not incur a $5 charge. You do not need to put in a request for this through Parchment. We see the requests in SCOIR.
NCAA: Official transcripts sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center for student-athletes will not incur a $5 charge. You do not need to put in a request for this through Parchment. We see the requests in our NCAA High School Eligibility Portal.
Unofficial Transcripts
Unofficial transcripts will continue to be available at no cost for current students and can be requested by emailing hstranscripts@gomcs1.com.
In most cases, unofficial transcripts suffice (i.e. college sports recruiting events, car insurance, etc.).
Education Verifications
For third-party education verifications, select ‘Order on Behalf of Someone Else’ on the Parchment website. You can find a video tutorial on how to make these requests below.
