Maranatha Christian Schools is seeking individuals with a heart for children, a calling to education, and a commitment to Jesus Christ. We are excited about what God is doing at MCS.

In order to be considered for employment, we ask that you complete the application in full (as it pertains to the position you are applying for) and attach supporting documents as listed.

You may submit your completed application to our Human Resources office by dropping it off at the front office or mailing it to MCS, Attention HR. Resumes only will not be considered.

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

After-school care (ASC) & summer enrichment program supervisor

Type of Employment: Full-Time
Level/Dept: Elementary/Junior High

Develop and enhance the after-school programs, co-curricular programs, and summer enrichment programs that provide academic support for the students.  Hire and oversee staff, and outside companies to teach co-curricular after-school classes.  Oversee the ASC program that will contribute to the students' spiritual, educational, social and physical development and skills.

A Bachelor’s degree in education or related field from an accredited college or university and a teacher’s credential is preferable.  Experience in a similar, related type of program or project.

SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS (10-Month)

Teacher Assistants (10-Month)

Type of Employment: Part Time
Level/Dept: Preschool

Enhance the educational development of the students by assisting teachers and supervising students to help with their social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual development.

Minimum 12 Early Childhood Education/California State qualifying college units. Preferred 6 months experience.  Valid 1st Aid and Pediatric CPR certificates needed.
