Type of Employment: Full-Time
Level/Dept: Administration
Salary: $18 - $21/hr.
Provides daily support and assists day to day Human Resources and Accounting departments by performing various tasks and special projects as assigned. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information. Assist in managing payroll and various aspects of payroll processing including insurance benefits. Organize and maintain personnel records. A/R, G/L, cash deposits, journal entries and collections. Assist with A/P as needed. Basic knowledge of labor laws both state and federal.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field. A minimum of two years of relevant experience in human resources and/or accounting is a plus.

The ideal candidate should be able to plan and implement curriculum & activities, give students the opportunity to develop their fullest potential cognitively, emotionally and spiritually.
